Chris Melchiorre, PT joined Tidewater Physical Therapy in 2004 and is the Clinical Director and resident Therapist in our Chester, Maryland and Cambridge Maryland Clinics.

Having completed his tour of duty with the Air Force, Chris attended the University of Maryland Medical School where he earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. He gained valuable therapy experience providing physical therapy to acute care patients in home health as well as outpatient settings. He has also enjoyed the opportunity to provide therapy care to members of the Baltimore Colts and Ravens sports teams.

Chris' work experience, continuing education and interest focuses on the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic disorders, sports medicine, geriatric rehabilitation, post surgical and joint replacement therapies, prosthetic rehabilitation, auto accident injuries and work related injuries.
